Other things to note
The beach stretches for miles on either side of this property but directly in front of the property sand levels vary throughout the year, especially from October to March. During high tide or strong swells, the sand may be submerged underwater ONLY in the front. Please keep this in mind when planning your beach activities. But the beach stretches on both sides for miles with many activities available.
