All our homes come equipped with fresh linens, towels, high-speed Wi-Fi, and fully stocked kitchens with basic essentials. Many properties also include special features like private pools, BBQ areas, ocean views, hammocks, and direct beach or mountain access. Yes — we’re happy to help! Date changes are allowed as long as the new dates are available, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. Just reach out to us as soon as possible to request a change.
For cancellations, we follow a Strict 60-Day Policy:
Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking, and the check-in date is at least 60 days away.
50% refund (excluding service fees) if canceled at least 60 days before check-in.
No refund if canceled within 60 days of check-in.
We charge 50% at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due 45 days before check-in.
We require a refundable security deposit of $300 for all bookings. This deposit is charged with the second payment and will be fully refunded 3 days after checkout, provided there is no damage or violation of our house rules.If you have any questions about the security deposit or need further clarification, feel free to reach out. Standard check-in is after 4 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, we do out best to work with your needs.
We happily welcome 1–2 pets per stay, depending on size. Please let us know your pet’s breed, weight, and size in advance so we can ensure a comfortable fit for everyone.
